Can we be picked up outside Heathrow airport?

Yes, provided that you inform us your mobile number.

Does Our Taxis offer pre-online bookings at Heathrow airport?

Yes. Go to ‘Quote and Pre-Online Bookings’ panel to fill-up the booking form. Our marketing officers will verify your booking within the short span of 24 hours.

Does Our Cars ever try using outside contractors?

Yes. We have tried using other company’s service to cover our bookings in case there is an unforeseen event that occurs prior to your schedule.

Does the company charge extra payment for pickup and drop off?

Yes. There is an extra charge for pickup and drop off. Kindly inform our marketing officer so we could compute the rate based on your preferred destination.

Does the company take time off during holidays?

No. Heathrow Airport Cars will be operational 24 hours a day and 365 days

How much luggage are we allowed to bring in the cab?

There is no limit as to how much luggage you are allowed to bring inside the taxi. However, we advice our valued customers to inform us the type of taxi needed to avoid over loading.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

Yes. Our refund policy requires each customer to withdraw the booking 12 hours before the pickup or drop off schedule. In the process, Heathrow Airport Taxis will refund 90% of your payment. In case cancellation was made in less than 12 hours, customers will not be entitled for a refund.

Is it possible to smoke inside the cab?

No. Heathrow minicabs and taxis strictly implement a non-smoking policy in all vehicles.

What if there is a traffic problem going on at the airport?

Our smart drivers are kept up-to-date with the latest traffic reports to ensure that you will have a quick pick up and drop off based on what we have agreed upon. However, Heathrow Airport Taxis will not be held liable for customers’ missed flights caused by congested traffic, accidents, engine breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances. We suggest that you allow us sufficient time for the trip.

What will happen if my suitcase or luggage is loss or damaged?

Customers will remain responsible with their own property. Heathrow Airport minicabs should not be held liable for the loss or damages on customers’ baggage.

What will happen if the flight is either early or delayed?

The company will be monitoring your flight schedule on the day of your arrival. In case you have not made any special arrangements with us, our smart driver will enter the airport approximately 20 minutes after the flight has landed.

Who will pay for the airport parking fee?

Customers will be charged with the airport parking fee since our professional drivers will be going inside the airport terminal 1, 2, 3,4 and 5 to pick you up.

Will I be charged extra for weekends or after midnight?

No. We DO NOT charge extra for weekends or after midnight.

Would Heathrow traffic affect my quoted price

No. Since Heathrow cabs do not have taxi meters, the price we quoted you will be the price you have to pay no matter how long the trip would take.
